For three nights in September 2024, guests were transported to the sun-soaked fields of Parma, Italy—home of the famed Mutti tomatoes—through a multi-sensory culinary adventure. Hosted by Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo, the event mixed mouthwatering dishes with cutting-edge projection mapping, showcasing the life cycle of the tomato in spectacular style.

The three-course feast turned dining tables into living canvases, with visuals of Mutti’s tomatoes growing, ripening, and reaching their flavourful peak. Diners devoured a tomato millefeuille, mascarpone tortelloni, and a show-stopping tomato-shaped panna cotta, each dish made with Mutti and paired perfectly with stunning visual storytelling.
