Body Posi is a mobile app that supports one's mental health in combatting the damaging effects that women were faced with with due to diet culture and the media. The app creates an interactive platform for users to build a better and healthier relationship with their own self image.

Through the development process, there was consultation alongside psychologists and researchers to best understand how the app can create ways that help beyond social media. The results included short term relaxing and reflection. This is done through developing healthy habits through smaller activities and thinking exercises that collectively work together to build a positive self image. The app leads users on a journey of accepting themselves and improving their mental health.
