The US furniture brand, Blu Dot, has unveiled a new minimalist lounge chair that boasts advanced back support and a sleek aesthetic.
Dubbed the Acre lounge chair, this design is in keeping with the brand's look and shares similarities to Blu Dot's Field chair. The Acre has a compact form and is designed to work well as a solo piece or in pairs. The base is made of stainless steel and an upholstered foam seat.
The designers added a tucked seam to create strong lumbar support, which creates a curved shape that holds the back upright. The Acre chair is available in a range of fabrics - linen, velvet, even a dark grey fabric made from recycled polyester.
