Birdcall Launches the Birdcall Deck At Coors Field

Birdcall launched a permanent ballpark outpost called the Birdcall Deck at Coors Field on April 3, bringing the Denver-born craft chicken brand into the stadium concourse. The concession features Birdcall’s all-natural chicken sandwiches and tenders, with a concise, stadium-ready operation designed to serve fans during every home game and event.

The new location sits on the renovated Mezzanine Level near Section 204 and offers the brand’s curated lineup, including Original and Nashville Hot sandwiches, tenders, gluten-free nuggets and loaded tots. The deck leverages Birdcall’s existing menu format and local identity while integrating into the Rockies’ refreshed hospitality footprint.

For fans, the outpost means easier access to a local fast-casual favorite during games, enhancing on-site dining with recognizable craft options. The move also reflects a broader trend of regional restaurant brands scaling through venue partnerships to reach new audiences and accelerate expansion.
