For July 2023, Salt & Straw created a unique berry ice cream collection called Berries Berries Berries Series, which features a number of beloved fruits—and one surprising kind of berry. In this collection, ice cream lovers will find plenty of creative ways to cool off and beat the heat of summer with satisfying flavors like Birthday Cakes & Blackberries, Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie and Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, which combines tangy and spicy additions.

Botanically speaking, bananas are considered berries and this collection boasts two banana-themed creations: GoNanas Strawberry Caramel Banana Bread and the vegan-friendly GoNanas Banana Blueberry Crumble.

These berry-themed flavors can be enjoyed at Salt & Straw Scoops shops for a limited time, as well as online.
