Chocolatier-Crafted Ice Creams

Salt & Straw Has a New Chocolatiers Collection for February 2023

If you want to do something more creative than the standard Valentine's Day box of chocolates, look no further than Salt & Straw's new Chocolatiers collection of ice cream.

Combining the best of Salt & Straw ice cream with the signature flavors of chocolatiers from across the country, the new collection is the ultimate dessert collab. Salt & Straw's new Chocolatiers collection features five delicious, chocolate-infused ice creams created in collaboration with several American chocolatiers. One of the standout flavors is the Cloudforest Chocolate Ishpingo & Mango ice cream, which is a lemon verbena sherbet spiced with a cinnamon-like spice called ishpingo, swirled with a dark chocolate ice cream, and finished with Cloudforest and a ribbon of mango curd.

Other delicious options include Fran's Almond Gold Bar, Exquisito Guanabana Stracciatella, and more.
