True to their name, the Saskatoon Berry treats are made with genuine Saskatoon Berry juice and white chocolate, which forms a ganache on the inside of a shell of dark chocolate and rich cocoa butter.
One of Purdys' chocolatiers hails from the Canadian prairies and drew from her own fond childhood memories for the creation of this sweet new confection for the celebration of Canada's 150th birthday this year.
