The Ölmühle an der Havel store was designed by Fabian Lefelmann and complements a rebrand that aimed to focus the product line on tits organic, high quality nature.

The no frills boutique is neatly organized and puts the emphasis on the product itself, with the historic nature of the building adding a subconscious level of elegance. A particularly interesting facet of the shop is the emphasis on authentic, glare-free illumination achieved through the use of Optec spotlights.

In addition to the range of high quality cooking oils, the boutique sells dishware, as well as hot tea and coffee and fresh pastries.
