It is designed by studio Isern Serra, the interiors evoke warmth through earthy textures and sculptural elements while maintaining a minimal, contemporary feel. The lighting enhances natural clay tones, and the display counters echo the organic forms of the walls, reinforcing visual harmony.

The layout encourages flow between baking, display, and serving zones while preserving a sense of openness. Custom fixtures made of clay-toned plaster and steel combine craftsmanship with cleanliness, while modular seating adapts to changing needs.
