These beer bottle lamps prove that when you do things DIY, they can turn out pretty awesome. Peared Creations have made a functional piece of art out of something many of us use, beer, so naturally, we approve.
These beer bottle lamps use vintage American beer bottles in conjunction with a pipe-based design. The two things separately don't seem to have much to do with each other, but combined, they end up with a cool vintage look. The lights emitted from the beer light is also a bit more dim, which is cool for ambiance, but don't expect to be able to illuminate your whole living room with this lamp unless you're having a seance.
Candles are fantastic, when you get to use them anyway, but beer lamps may be edging them out in cool factor by a smidge.
