The Mexican-fusion restaurant franchise Bubbakoo’s Burritos has just expanded its menu with the launch of Barbacoa Beef across all locations.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos' Barbacoa Beef originally made its debut back in 2020 and quickly became a fan favorite. Now the protein is back and will be available as a permanent menu item. This means fans can add the delicious smokey, perfectly cooked shredded beef to a wide variety of entrees, including the brand's tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and taco salads. As Bubbakoo’s Burritos' Co-Founder Paul Altero explains, "The Bubbakoo’s menu is centered around unique and innovative flavor combinations, and the Barbacoa Beef allows customers to have even more options for customization.”

The new Barbacoa Beef can be enjoyed now at any of Bubbakoo's Burritos' restaurants.
