The Bamboo Dome Helps Flood-Stricken Areas

Where I see a delicious chocolate chip, some may see a pile of poop, either way the Bamboo Dome is definitely unique. Located in Vietnam, I would argue that this dubious structure features the best of both those worlds. Just think about it.

Created by architectural studio Vo Trang Nghia, it was designed to assist the flood-stricken area via low-cost materials, quick construction and easy transport. Check out the gallery, courtesy of for more images.
