The popularity of avocados has inspired several confectionery brands to create inventive avocado chocolates and now, Askinosie Chocolate is introducing its own take on the concept as part of its CollaBARation Bar series.
The Askinosie Dark Chocolate Avocado CollaBARation Bar was created with California's Heath Ceramics and takes inspiration from the smooth glazing and texture of ceramics. The collaborative chocolate bar is made with 61% dark chocolate made from Trinitario cocoa beans sourced from farmers in Mababu, Tanzania, Haas avocado pulp powder, organic rosemary and organic black pepper. Altogether, the unique chocolate bar is touted as a "sweet and savory chocolate that is rich, smooth and one of a kind.
