At&t's 'Shot' Ad Shifts from Sports to a Thrilling Sci-Fi

At&T's 'Shot' ad is demonstrating the brand's diverse range of show listings, with a genre-mashing commercial that quickly changes from a heartwarming sports film to a thrilling sci-fi.

The ad begins as a young boy scores the winning basket in a basketball game. The tone quickly changes in the locker room where the boy is met by two agents with superhuman abilities. The boy exclaims that he "belongs here" and "wants to stay" however it's soon revealed that he's a robot, and is dragged out of the room by the two agents.

This ad serves as one of the many cinematic mash-ups AT&T has released, all of which demonstrate the company's cross-genre television and movie offerings.
