The late french Queen Marie Antoinette may no longer be alive to appreciate the incredible creation that artist Joana Vasconcelos made but spectators can still appreciate the incredible craftsmanship and creativity that went into the making of this helicopter.

This bright pink ride entitled the Lilicoptère is the epitome of opulence and lavishness. According to the artist, this extravagant ride would be what Queen Antoinette would have opted for if she was still alive today. The helicopter is embellished with hot pink ostrich feathers, gold leaf, dyed leather upholstery and Swarovski crystals. If that does not embody luxury then I do not know what does. The creation of artist Joana Vasconcelos is appropriately on display at the Palace of Versailles for onlookers to explore the Lilicoptère among the other equally lavish and beautiful pieces of furniture and art.
