It doesn't take an architecture expert to recognize the unique design of Arte S, a new pair of condo buildings in Penang, Malaysia. The buildings are innovative in many different ways, from their shape to their facilities, and they achieve the rare feat of both mimicking the appearance of nature while simultaneously looking like something out of an alien landscape.
The most striking aspects of the Arte S towers are the two pods that are built into the exterior balconies. Those pods contain public areas within the condominiums, including a spa and a fitness center, and they offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The elegant undulation of the balconies is inspired by the hills around the condos as well.
