When I look at the Aria Lamps, I think of beautiful, airy rice paper Chinese lanterns, which happen to be absolutely lovely strung outdoors on hot summer nights. These lighting fixtures bring a touch of Asian whimsy indoors while also being more adaptable so as to be used throughout the year.
Created by German design studio Kieser Spath, the Aria Lamps are warm and atmospheric, diffusing light in a way that is both practical and romantic. Although I can easily see the Aria Lamps lamps used in domestic settings such as dining and living rooms, they can also be used in public spaces such as bars and lounges.
Available in neutral colors, the Aria Lamps come in smooth or crumpled surfaces as well.
