Chicago-based design firm Lake + Wells introduces its new Fable Lantern as the latest product to the Passages collection. It is made with the energy of movement and myth at the top of mind. The actual capsule is comprised of six portable lamps that are each made with inspiration from the notion of movement.
This references being from one place to another, physically and emotionally. It nods to a sense of flow and behavior more than it is focused on actual fixed locations. Each piece in the capsule brings light to where it is most needed and Fable is made with a sophisticated grace. It uses precision-centric solid aluminum and is complete in a patina which is dubbed 'Karat.' It results in a gold hue for a timeless look.
