The ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas Opens Gymkhana

The ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has announced the opening of a new dining establishment — Gymkhana. This venture represents the first United States location of a London-based restaurant group that holds two Michelin stars and introduces a fine-dining Indian cuisine concept to the city's Strip for the first time.

Developed in collaboration with the founding family of the JKS restaurant group, the Gymkhana venue features an interior design scheme that incorporates thematic elements and colors inspired by historical Indian social clubs and residential architecture. Inside, one may enjoy a main dining room, a specialized bar, and a more secluded section known as The Vault. The culinary offerings are overseen by an executive chef and include a mix of signature dishes from the original London menu alongside new creations exclusive to the Las Vegas location, like Wagyu Keema Naan and Beef Shortrib Pepper Fry.
