Will Fazackerley Utilizes a Creative Approach to Tableware
Kalina N — June 29, 2018 — Art & Design
Will Fazackerley is a graduate of the Royal College of Art and has developed a pleasure-inspired approach to tableware. The designer builds on the concept of enjoying one's food to the fullest capacity and launches two products that embrace that. The project is dubbed 'Nourish' and it includes "a drinking vessel made for slurping soups and a pair of objects made for licking food."
This extremely experimental approach to tableware is design-forward and seeks to challenge traditional methods of eating and the way we engage with taste. The project is meant to focus the attention not only on the food that is being taken in but also on the objects and vessels we interact with.
