Instead of having sneaker enthusiasts wait overnight or in long lineups to get the latest kicks, the app reservation will enable consumers to digitally reserve a spot in the line. This will allow consumers to book ahead of time and get to the store at their leisure rather than waiting for hours on end to maybe score a pair of new sneakers.
The Foot Locker app launch reservation feature will also be available for Champs Sports and Footaction as well. The feature is set to be piloted at the launch of the Air Jordan Retro 11 in Tampa, Florida.
