Each one of these 1/3 pound patties features a blend of three different whole-muscle cuts of Angus beef. The meat is sourced from the muscular Aberdeen Angus cattle breed, which is known for yielding meat with plenty of fat marbling. Trader Joe's C.B.P. blend incorporates Angus cuts from these cow's shoulders (Chuck), chest (Brisket), and rump (Picanha) – hence the name.
