Many companies, especially those who specialize in the travel industry, are starting to realize that providing free Wi-Fi is sure to boost business and that is why the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, Amtrak, is advertising its new AmtrakConnect service. Interestingly enough, its AmtrakConnect print ads have a very retro feel to it, as though they have been offering this Wi-Fi service for some time now.
Conceived and executed by Arnold DC, an ad agency based in Arlington, Texas, the AmtrakConnect ad campaign effectively illustrates, thanks to talented artist Andrew Bannecker, just how convenient the AmtrakConnect service is. It provides Internet connection along their route so that people will not feel so remote, even if they actually are.
The AmtrakConnect ad campaign was art directed by Kelly Cooper.
