The Alamo Drafthouse is a chain of movie theaters and restaurants located mostly in Texas and the southern states of the U.S.

The Alamo Drafthouse has a strict policy that is in instilled for texting and talking during a movie. If you are caught doing either, you are kicked out of the movie so people can enjoy the film. One customer was not thrilled that she got kicked out so she left an angry voicemail for the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, Texas to hear. She goes on for over one minute stating that she has the right to text anywhere she wants. Alamo Drafthouse took the speech and decided to use it for a YouTube commercial to show people how not to act.
