Nike's Air Cross Trainer 3 Recalls the 90s and Training Functions
Nike introduces another pair of training sneakers -- this time in the form of the Air Cross Trainer 3s and recalls the original design that were part of the late 80s and early 90s. The silhouette is drawn from the sportswear brand's archives, as the original model drew design cues from the Air Trainer SC. The footwear is constructed from elements that are relevant for the basketball court as well as weight lifting purposes.
The sneakers arrive in two colorway options this time around with the selection of either black with turqoise or sporty blue with black and gray. The models are both subtle and bold with a white base foundation made from leather with the respective hues adorning the midsoles, tongue, eyestays, and branding details.
