This affordable apartment building is located in Hadapsar, Pune. It is apart of an expanding project dubbed 'Amanora Park Town.' It is geared toward satisfying the needs and financial situations of many young entrepreneurs who are moving in to work in the auto and tech industries.

Dutch firm MVRDV contributed to the development with the 'Future Towers' — a sizable mountain-like apartment complex that will benefit residents as it provides ample options of low-cost housing. The silhouette of the building is an attempt to break free from the uniform constraints of architecture in rapidly expanding cities. The affordable apartment building is essentially an aggregate of multiple towers under one roof. This doesn't only bring diversity of architecture but makes for a tightly knit community.
