The Aesop Nottingham Shop Was Designed by Paris Studio Ciguë

The recently opened Aesop Nottingham boutique is a stunning take on the brand's predictably charming visual branding. Sticking to the vintage apothecary aesthetic, the boutique also references Nottingham's history of industrial and artistic enterprise.

The stylish new shop features a retrofitted distillation apparatus and was designed in a collaboration between Aesop's in-house design team and Paris studio Ciguë, who are also credited with the Aesop boutiques in Covent Garden and Islington in London and Tiquetonne and Le Marais in Paris. The vintage-inspired distillation equipment at the Aesop Nottingham boutique has been designed to emit gentle notes of Aesop's essential oils.

The cult high-end beauty range from Australia is having a massive expansion year, with three planned freestanding locations planned to open in Canada before the end of 2015.
