Typically, window shopping refers to simply browsing through storefronts and looking at items you may one day want to buy. Either you aren’t quite sure or you don’t have the money at that moment, so you window shop. However, with the Adidas Neo window shopping experience there is a new element involved: the interactive mannequin.
Mannequins used to stand still in a store window wearing one single outfit all day. With this technology, users can browse the store’s clothing selections and build an outfit by selecting pieces they like. As they select items, the digital mannequin is outfitted and before long they get an idea of how all their selections would look as one complete outfit.
