Samsung Health is introducing adaptive sleep coaching programs that require less tracking data while providing personalized guidance. Users can now begin coaching after recording three nights of sleep within two weeks, compared with the previous seven-night requirement. The app combines sleep information with lifestyle questionnaires to create individualized plans that adjust weekly as sleeping patterns and habits change.
The updated program includes four- to eight-week coaching schedules, daily habit suggestions, and a five-point Sleep Balance graph highlighting different aspects of sleep quality. Samsung has also expanded Running Coach from 10 to 12 training levels and added Strava Routes integration for running and cycling activities.
These improvements could encourage greater participation in Samsung's digital wellness services by simplifying access and supporting ongoing engagement. Expanded fitness capabilities also strengthen the Galaxy ecosystem's appeal among consumers seeking connected health and exercise tools.
