This adaptable housing unit titled MIA by CLEAA studio can transform in a matter of minutes. Rooms can be made bigger or smaller, beds can disappear and best of all, furniture can be moved without a huge hassle.
Considering the space is only 60-square-meters, the designers had to come up with ways to make the most of a small area. Apparently up to four people can live in the house at once, due to this adaptable housing design. To allow this movement to happen easily, a central space exists with nothing in it, and is only there to allow for everything around it to adjust with ease. With such cramped living quarters in many major cities these days, having this adjustable option (and extra roommates), might just keep the rent down.
