AMBRA is a compact modular housing system introduced as a solution for affordable, adaptable living in dense urban environments. The system comprises prefabricated modules built to maximize internal space while minimizing overall footprint, with each unit configured to serve as a live, work, or mixed-use space. The design integrates multifunctional features such as fold-away furniture, built-in storage, and configurable partitions that allow residents to adjust spatial functions without structural alterations. External cladding options and modular connections are standardized to streamline manufacturing and reduce costs, supporting scalability across different site conditions and densities.
Each AMBRA module includes essential services, such as a kitchenette, bathroom, and energy-efficient systems, enabling move-in readiness upon installation. Units can be combined vertically or horizontally to form larger complexes, and common outdoor areas can be integrated into the site plan depending on community needs.
