The Arthur Residence is a private house in Regina, Saskatchewan, designed by 5468796 Architecture on a narrow urban infill site. The two-storey home occupies the full width of the lot and is structured around a series of inward-facing garden courts that bring light and privacy into the interior. A restrained street-facing façade conceals the plan, with entry occurring through a perimeter wall that leads into a sheltered courtyard. From there, the ground floor unfolds through a sequence of planted spaces that connect the foyer, living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The main living spaces are arranged around a sunken patio and garden court, allowing each room to receive daylight while maintaining visual separation from neighboring properties. Two bedroom suites are positioned on the upper level and accessed by separate staircases, reinforcing a sense of privacy. Curved plaster walls, large glazed openings, and continuous garden views create a calm interior environment that emphasizes spatial flow and controlled openness.
