Mink is a revolutionary 3D makeup printer that gives beauty lovers greater control when it comes to creating their own dynamic looks. The portable and compact printer may remind of an instant camera, as it boasts the ability to print out pictures with pigments that can actually be used as color cosmetics on the face.

To make the most of the system, users can take a photo with their smartphone, capturing everything from an inspiring scene to an outfit or even a precise color they'd like to wear. The system uses a single tri-color cartridge and Mink's proprietary makeup sheets to create safe, easy-to-use cosmetics that follow FDA guidelines.

According to Mink president and co-founder Janet Kim, "We are excited to provide a new distribution platform for beauty as well as connecting to the different consumer touchpoints across physical, web and social. Finally bridging images that inspire beauty and transforming them into makeup in a snap."
