Lane Bryant recently collaborated with designer Christian Siriano on a clothing line that draws inspiration from 1950s ice cream parlors. While many plus-size collections tend to stick to neutral colors and simple shapes, Siriano's new line features garments in a wide variety of colorful hues and eye-catching prints.
Siriano's new collection will feature an extensive section of garments, including dresses, skirts, tops and jackets. The collection is extremely colorful, drawing inspiration from unexpected sources such as 1950s ice cream parlors. In addition to the sweet, candy-colored hues, the pieces will feature feminine cuts that are comfortable and flattering. Like Lane Bryant's other lines, the new collection will be available in sizes 14 to 28.
The bold new collection demonstrates the growing demand for more variety when it comes to plus-size pieces.
