Curated Modern Cohesive Apartments

General Assembly and SO-IL Join on the 144 Vanderbilt

Interior design company General Assembly works together with architecture firm SO-IL to create a new duplex complex at 144 Vanderbilt. The joined space brings attention to everyday functionality through its design integrity as the curated range of furniture, art, and lighting brings domestic living spaces to the forefront of the concept.

The space also offers a nod to design retail as it creates an immersive experience that displays independent designers and brands. This insight is contributed by the Brooklyn-based retail store by General Assembly, Assembly Line. The duplex can be found on the corner of Vanderbilt and Myrtle Avenues with 26 condos across eight stores. In total, there are 21 unique floor plans to select from with a focus on privacy and connecting to nature.
