National Grilled Cheese Day may or may not be the most exciting day of the year and the best way to celebrate is by making yourself one of these yummy grilled cheese sandwiches.
This classic combo of bread and cheese has been worked and tweaked in many different and delicious ways. You really can’t go wrong whenever you decide to melt cheese but there is something about grilling it between two perfectly toasted pieces of bread that makes this simple snack so satisfying.
From superfluously cheesy sandwiches to heart attack cheese treats, whether you like them classic or remixed the possibilities are truly limitless. Personally, I’ll be celebrating National Grilled Cheese Day by making myself a healthy grilled cheese sandwich with a side of pickles. Yum!
