Although traditional sushi bars consist of long, skinny counters and paper-covered entryways, its global appeal has resulted in some rather offbeat restaurant concepts. Some are far-out futuristic, while others are covert and hidden in transformed spaces. Sushi can now be enjoyed not only with sake, but also with a DJ, light show and even in outer space.
