Speaker Wendy Kopp offers advice to business leaders and entrepreneurs in this business success talk. Kopp uses her own experiences in order to illustrate her points.
Kopp states that one of the most important things to remember when trying to build an enterprise is to be persistent and focus on gaining allies. She says that for every few people who aren't interested in becoming allies, there will be at least one individual who says yes.
Kopp points out that running a business involves constant learning. It's not always easy to figure out how to manage a large company. Kopp says that ensuring a company's financial stability can also be a challenge in terms of leadership and management. Kopp explains that entrepreneurs are faced with a lot of information and responsibilities and it can be a lot to take in.
