Spanning 14,500 square feet, the six-bedroom residence balances restrained interiors with materials selected for everyday durability, including Roman Clay walls, natural oak, stone, wool, linen, mohair, and indoor-outdoor performance fabrics. A neutral palette of ivory, gray, taupe, brown, and black creates visual continuity, while textured finishes add depth throughout the living spaces. Designed around entertaining and family life, the open kitchen, great room, living room, and cigar lounge accommodate both large gatherings and daily use.
Designed by Catalano Architects and constructed by Soderholm Custom Builders, the residence pairs a traditional New England exterior of painted brick, stucco, and cedar roofing with contemporary interiors.
