7-Eleven Added Vegan Chicken Tenders and Pizza to Its Hot Menu

7-Eleven has expanded its ready-to-eat hot menu Canada-wide with its newest addition of vegan chicken tenders. These chicken tenders will be from the brand 'Lightlife,' which is one of the largest companies in the plant-based meat market in Canada. The addition of vegan chicken tenders to 7-Eleven's menu is part of the brand's 'Healthy To Go' menu, which focuses on offering vegetarian, vegan, and curious consumers a healthier option for their quick snacks.

On top of offering chicken tenders, 7-Eleven has also added vegan pepperoni pizzas made by 'Field Roast,' which is another alternative meat company owned by the same parent company as Lightlife. The vegan tenders cost $6.50 for a set of three while the vegan pizzas vary in price by location. Each of these new vegan additions are available at all 600 -Eleven locations across Canada.
