Chicago-based pizza chain Sarpino’s Pizzeria has teamed up with Field Roast to create the new Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni pizza.
Field Roast's Classic Pizzeria Plant-Based Pepperoni is described as "the first pepperoni alternative on the market to be made with pea protein, not soy; while offering the same protein per serving (6g) as traditional pepperoni (non-GMO and made without artificial flavors)." More specifically you'll taste fennel, cracked black pepper, garlic, and paprika, so every bite is big on flavor. This tasty pepperoni alternative is the star ingredient of Sarpino’s new Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni pizza, which is designed to appeal to meat-eaters, flexitarians, and vegans alike.
The new vegan pizza will roll out this month across all Sarpino’s Pizzeria locations that serve the chain's vegan menu.
