Plantcraft Introduces Two New Clean-Label, Vegan-Friendly Pepperoni Products

Plantcraft, a leading plant-based deli meat brand, has announced the launch of two new meat-free products, Plant-Based Pepperoni Mild and Plant-Based Pepperoni Spicy. The new pepperoni products are made from green banana flour and represent the brand's first offerings from its newly established line of deli meats and slices.

The new pepperoni products are entirely free of meat, nuts, soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, and artificial preservatives. In addition, both options boast notably clean ingredient lists and deliver eight grams of protein per serving, which is derived from a combination of peas and fava beans.

“While there is no industry-wide definition of ‘clean label,’ we’ve set our own high standards for our deli meats, including ingredients you can recognize that you might use in your own kitchen, to deliver the taste and texture you’re craving," said Plantcraft co-founder Kati Ohens.
