Kinzo delivered a newly designed workplace at Das Center in Berlin for an internationally operating consulting firm, featuring a spatial strategy that balances focused work zones with communal areas and a tactile material palette.
The scheme emphasized clarity and mindfulness, using color gradients and daylighting to mirror seasonal shifts and city views. The fit-out reorganized square footage toward higher-quality environments: layered working landscapes, private offices, hybrid meeting rooms and retreat spaces such as a small library and planted niches. Lighting by JBN jack be nimble follows circadian principles while technical systems were integrated discreetly. Kinzo collaborated with Timmler Technologies to install Gravivent, a gravity-based, maintenance-free cooling system embedded into an acoustically effective timber wall.
The result gives professionals a calm, adaptable setting that supports concentration, wellbeing and a human-centered post-pandemic office trend.
