The Italian Lab and LAND Design the Il Salotto Milanese Capsule

LAND works in collaboration with The Italian Lab to launch their new street furniture collection dubbed Il Salotto Milanese. It was presented at Salone del Mobile for this year's Milan Design Week. The street furniture imprint and landscape architecture brand highlight urban elements for inspiration. The capsule is made up of four pieces -- this includes a waste basket, a bench, and two seats.

The Il Salotto Milanese collection honors Milan's energy and blends urban mining with design and craftsmanship. The result is a unique outdoor experience with materials that are sustainable to reduce the environmental impact. The colored cement is detailed with recycled plastic as the main material as they are both durable and made from local raw materials.
