Studio Yumakano Develops the ForestBank Eco-Friendly Material

Studio Yumakano presents a new way to work with materials without harming the environment with the progressive new ForestBank material. It is a unique new way that gathering scraps that are deemed 'worthless' at construction processes -- this includes seed, small trees, soil, bark, foliage, and more. The studio then blends together these materials with a reactive mineral base along with the water-based acrylic resin.

The result is a unique-looking natural terrazzo-like style that may look different depending on the season that the ForestBank is developed and collected.
