Stoli Group Relaunched Its Bayou Rum Core Range

Stoli Group has relaunched its Bayou Rum core lineup with redesigned Bayou White and Bayou Spiced expressions, featuring an updated blend and refreshed packaging produced at Louisiana Spirits Distillery in Lacassine. The new recipe combines copper pot-still distillate with column-still spirit to retain traditional molasses character while delivering a lighter, more mixable profile. The redesigned bottle maintains elements of the classic label while introducing a sleeker, subtly rounded shape.

The relaunch marks Bayou Rum's 15th anniversary and is the first produced on the brand's new bottling line, increasing production capacity without compromising quality. Priced at US$15–US$16 for a 750ml bottle, the range debuted in Louisiana and nearby Southern markets ahead of a broader expansion.

For consumers, the updated expressions deliver bolder flavour and improved versatility for cocktails such as Mojitos, Daiquiris and Highballs, reflecting growing demand for approachable, cocktail-friendly premium spirits.
