The group, known for launching mass public spectacles, recruited thousands of participants, each armed with colorful balloons and MP3 players containing preloaded tracks. At the same time, they all flicked on the same track and acted out the instructions heard over the headphones. The result was a remarkable, improvised, public party in the streets.
