Tranquil Elevated Tiny Homes

Jan Tyrpekl Designs the Cozy Zen House in Austria

Prague-based architecture studio Jan Tyrpekl designs the Zen House, which is a tiny home structure that rests on top of concrete pillars. Raising from the ground, it is found in the tranquil landscape of Hainburg an der Donau in Austria. The home is meant to be a place to relax and unwind, getting away from the bustling life of the city.

It was meant to be a place for the residents to connect with nature and surround themselves with the greenery. It is four meters above ground to overlook the landscape. Aligning with the notion, the construction also highlights sustainable efforts as it uses eco-friendly materials and forms a natural aesthetic that does not compromise its durability.
