In 2019, fashion retailer Zara annouced a self-made challenge to reevaluate its menswear design process, which ended up resulting in over two years of research and development by the company. Now, the major retailer has officially unveiled 'Origins,' an elevated capsule packed with sleek, minimal looks fit for an everyday contemporary wardrobe.
The collection presents a premium mix of cashmere, wool, and selvage denim, applying these fabrics to a wide range of garments. Some standout items include nylon suits, tailored coats, relaxed-fit slacks, and a leather jacket that has been purposefully designed to change appearance with age.
Boasting a total of 205 pieces, the collection represents major menswear rehaul that covers apparel, footwear, and accessories. Tying these diverse items together is the brand's reworked minimalist design philosophy, which works to create a cohesive assortment of looks.
