Yaya's Garden is introducing four new frozen entrees, two that are vegan and two that are vegetarian, all of which reinvent globally inspired meals with plant-powered ingredients. The vegetarian Moussaka Greek Casserole is made with layers of potatoes, eggplants and tomatoes, plus a plant-based protein sauce. Also for vegetarians, there's the Pastitsio Greek Lasagna, which also features a plant-based protein sauce and bechamel sauce.
For those who are looking for completely plant-based choices, Yaya's Garden created Gemista Greek Stuffed Vegetables and Melitzana Greek Baked Eggplant. Each of the meals is authentically made in Greece with authentic family recipes and the product packaging highlights key features like the plant-based protein content, the use of GMO-free ingredients and the recipes, which are free from added preservatives.
